Pro Cycle Centre Terms and Conditions
All of our prices are listed at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) given to us by our suppliers, unless stated otherwise. All prices (including postage) already include VAT.
We accept payment from Paypal and most major debit/credit cards, through our highly secure card machine directly connected to Natwest Bank processed through our Secure Hosting system.
Deposits are 10% of the price and are NON REFUNDABLE.
We check our stock daily and regularly update it to current stock levels. 1-2 Days means it is currently in stock from our supplier and we can receive it in 1-2 Days (not guaranteed). If the uncommon occasion arises where you have purchased an item that is not currently in stock, then we will contact you to assist you further.
Product descriptions and photos have been used from our suppliers for you and are provided for the end users viewing only. We are confident that the information is accurate to the product in hand and will help you understand the product in depth.
When you add products to your shopping basket the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. The delivery charge depends on the size and weight of the product ordered and the delivery service option you choose.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. In the event that we fail to meet a specified delivery date you will have the option of either cancelling your order and receiving a full refund, or continuing with the order and accepting a refund of any additional delivery charge we have made.
Restrictions on ordering and delivery
We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland.
All goods are subject to availability.
Delivery times can vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However if you need to return any item we will happily refund or exchange it, provided it is within 28 days of delivery, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery. Any item must be returned unused in their original packaging along with the original packing note and copy invoice (as proof of purchase).
Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product online which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price as appropriate. Should a fault occur after the initial 28 days, we will resolve your concern in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
